Worst experience using an app ever! I attempted to use the contact option to suggest they offer a swap on a menu item and once I entered what country I'm in, I was unable to enter anymore info. Then, when I selected the help option from the drop down menu, I was redirected to the menu page, my location had changed, and I was somehow logged out of the app. The app definitely needs some serious work. Guess I won't be ordering from this restaurant, ever!

The app isn't letting me access my rewards. The rewards part of the app has been down for a month now. I tried ininstalling and reinstalling with no luck. I contacted the support and was told to unistall and reinstall which I already did before contacting them. Seriously don't like unhelpful suggestions like this. Just report the issue to the tech team that can fix the issue outright.

The app isn't allowing me to place a complete order when. I want to change the time choices of time did drop down .when I want to asap, the app freezes . I uninstalled and reinstalled the same issue, so I tried it on the website same issue. Lastly, when the restaurant states it has in store pickup, the app is popping up. Vendors do not accept in store pickup
